Accessing the Website in any form, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Website and your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time or to impose new conditions on your use of the Set website. In such event, we will post the revised Terms of Use on this website. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.  Our limited license is only for your personal use only. Group purchases and group use are not permitted. Multiple users must create and purchase their own accounts. Violators will be prosecuted.

You understand that you are merely a customer or licensee. All In Filmmaker does not offer any additional services, insurance, vacation days, or anything else with your membership. All of your family members, employees, and partners are bound by these Terms, which you agree to as part of this Agreement.

- This website and all materials available on the website are the property of us and/or our affiliates or licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- The Website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the Website or the materials available on the Website in any way that violates our rights or that we have not authorized.

- You are not permitted to compete with All In Filmmaker's same business model to profitably train others with identical content for three years after your membership. A breach of these Terms will permit All In Filmmaker to seek any injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to stop such unfair competition. These Terms do not prevent you from using the All In Filmmaker Training System to run your videography business. Still, you cannot sell online training materials and training courses similar to those offered by All In Filmmaker.

- Your license for us. By submitting material (including but not limited to comments, blog posts, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, TikTok posts, and all other social media channels, photos, and videos) to us via the Website, Internet Groups, social media, or to our employees via email, SMS or otherwise, you declare:

- That you are the owner of the material or that you are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material;

- and that you are fourteen years old or older.

The place of jurisdiction is Meilen, Switzerland. MANDIS PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to assert its rights, also at the user's place of residence.
